Demario Lashun Hankins also known as Demar Bey was originally brought in the MILLER COUNTY Jail on May 6th, 2022 by Arkansas State Trooper Dale Young for alleged minor misdemeanor traffic infraction charges. Trooper Young brought Demario across state lines from Texas to Arkansas without allowing Demario the opportunity to see a Texas Magistrate.
